Contact us
CISSP Resource Center is an editorial site, not a service organization. Here is how to reach us — and what we cannot help with.
§ 01Before you write
We do not provide training, exam scheduling, ISC2 membership support, or technical security consulting. If you reached us looking for any of those, you will want to contact the relevant organization directly:
- ISC2 candidate support: via the ISC2 help desk or members@isc2.org
- Pearson VUE exam scheduling: via the Pearson VUE ISC2 portal
- ISACA support: via the ISACA support portal
For everything else, see below.
§ 02How to reach us
Corrections
If you find a factual error on the site. Please include the page URL and the specific issue.
Editorial
Story tips, source disputes, and general editorial questions.
Press & Partnerships
Media requests, content syndication inquiries, and legitimate partnership proposals.
General
Anything that does not fit the categories above.
§ 03Response time
We aim to respond to all legitimate inquiries within 5 business days. Corrections are typically prioritized — see our Editorial Policy for the full corrections process.
§ 04What we cannot help with
To be direct, we cannot help you:
- Reschedule, cancel, or refund your CISSP exam (contact Pearson VUE or ISC2)
- Verify your CPEs or AMF status (contact ISC2)
- Confirm whether a specific past role qualifies for CISSP experience (contact ISC2)
- Provide test questions, exam dumps, or "leaked" content (we do not have these and would not share them if we did)
- Confirm whether a specific training provider is reputable (we do not evaluate training providers)
§ 05A note on solicitation
We receive a high volume of unsolicited outreach. We do not respond to:
- Cold sales pitches for SEO services, link-building, or content "partnerships" that are actually paid placements
- AI-generated guest post requests
- Requests to add or remove links unless they involve a factual or legal issue
Genuine editorial inquiries are always welcome.
